West Virginia Part-year Resident Income Calculation Form
Schedule A allows West Virginia part-year residents to tell West Virginia what income is taxable by West Virginia. Schedule A prevents dual taxation (by preventing West Virginia from taxing income it shouldn't) and from taxing you too little (by not taxing West Virginia taxable income). Schedule A is a supplemental schedule and should be attached to Form IT-140.
