Virginia Credit for Tax Paid To Another State
Schedule OSC is supplemental schedule that should be filed with Form 760. Schedule OSC allows residents that work in other states to claim a credit for taxes they paid to other states. This credits avoid income that was earned in another state from facing dual taxation by Virginia (the state or residency) and the other state (where the income was earned). If you paid taxes to other states, make sure to file Schedule OSC, to avoid dual taxation, and attach it to Form 760, to complete your Virginia return.
