Indiana Individual Resident Income Tax Return (Short)
Form IT-40EZ is the shorter version of IT-40. IT-40EZ allows Indiana residents to file Indiana tax returns if they meet certain requirements. These requirements are that the resident has no dependents, earned only Indiana income, and had no withholding credits. If the resident does not meet these requirements they are required to file with IT-40.
