California Individual Non-resident Long Income Tax Return

If you are a non-resident of California, who needs to file a California state tax return, you will need to file Form 540NR. There is a shorter version of this form that California non-residents may use to file their California returns. This form may be supplemented by other forms and schedules but it or its shorter version must be included in all non-resident returns.
