Form 2106-EZ
Unreimbursed Employee Business Expenses
Form 2106-EZ is the shorter version of Form 2106. It has the same task as Form 2106 except that it has 2 requirements: (1) you use the standard mileage rate when claiming a vehicle expense and (2) your employer did not reimbursed you for any expense. If you do not meet these requirements you will need to file Form 2106.
