U.S. Income Tax Return for Certain Non-resident Aliens With No Dependents
1040NR-EZ is the shorter version of 1040NR. 1040NR-EZ allows U.S. non-residents to file their federal returns. There are requirements you need to meet to file your return with Form 1040NR-EZ. To see if you meet these requirements see page 1 of the 1040NR-EZ Instructions. If you do not meet these requirements you will need to file your return with 1040NR.
